JONATHAN NELSON | Creator & Director

Jonathan is a NY film professional with nearly a decade of experience in fashion, feature, television, and documentary content. He moved to New York City after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College. Jonathan's documentary experience includes Digital Imaging Technician on the Oscar-winning 'Twenty Feet From Stardom', 'B ' Camera Operator on last year's 'The Witness' about the brutal murder of Kitty Genovese, and countless other independent projects. I LIVED: Brooklyn marks Jonathan's debut as a documentary film director.

 

Danielle Andersen | story editor & audio producer

Danielle is a StoryCorps mobile facilitator and field producer. Before moving to New York to pursue documentary oral history field work, Danielle received a masters degree in Southern Studies from The University of Mississippi. She has a long background in documentary audio with creative experience ranging from conducting interviews to delivering finalized pieces. I LIVED: Brooklyn mark's Danielle's debut as an audio editor for documentary film.

 

Timothy Westover | steadicam operator

Tim is a Steadicam Operator based out of New York City. He moved to New York in 2012 to pursue camera operating after having received a degree in film from Fitchburg State University. For the past five years Tim has worked as a Camera Technician and Manager at TCS New York and has operated Stedicam on a wide array of projects from music videos and commercials to short films and documentaries.

 

Gautam Srikishan | composer

Gautam is a composer and producer in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from Chicago, IL, Gautam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition at the University of Illinois, where he played and wrote music ranging from Balkan folk tunes to Balinese Gamelan. He also works as a StoryCorps Facilitator, conducting audio interviews, editing audio for national broadcast, and leading community outreach efforts. I LIVED: Brooklyn marks Gautam’s debut as a composer for documentary film.
